The 12 hectare greenfield development just outside the MKAD will consist of six office buildings which will provide 100,000 sq m of office space. Each building pair will have canteens and retail spaces. Adjancent 4 level parking garages of approximately 130,000 sq m will provide parking for 4,600 cars.

Sustainable design concepts such as heat recovery, rain water storage tanks, and daylight
harvesting are all being incorporated. The project will be submitted for LEED® Certification.
