The business park, developed by CMI, is situated on an 8-hectare site and consists of four office buildings, providing approximately 52,000 SM of rental space in the Western Administrative District of Moscow, and will include shopping, banking, dining and other amenities to provide a self-sustaining environment for business professionals.

The buildings will be among the first in Moscow to utilize all variable air volume (VAV) air conditioning systems in order to attract international technology-oriented companies.

Mechanical systems were selected and placed to maximize leasable areas on the penthouse levels of each building.
