Building 3 underwent a complete renovation of its 47,000 square feet for product development labs and offices.

Work included complete new HVAC, plumbing, power distribution, lighting, security, fire protection, fire suppression, telecommunication and data systems as well as elevator upgrade and replacement. Also included a small 2-story entrance addition.
