This 247,000 sq m business park will feature fourteen 5-story Class A office buildings and a 150-key high-rise hotel. The buildings will be designed with the emphasis on energy efficient systems such as co-generation via micro-turbines, green roofs, and wind turbines to meet LEED Certification. A central energy plant is proposed to supply cooling and heating utility service requirements to all buildings via an underground tunnel.
