This 1,065,000 SF project features an enclosed arcade, 30
cinemas, over 40 restaurants/cafés, a broad variety of retail
stores, offices, and public areas, all integrated into an
urban setting.
Korda developed site electrical, communication systems distribution,
extensive lighting and site amenity packages, as well as design
standards for the tenant spaces and the review of all tenant
fitout drawings.
This project also uniquely features many miles of holiday lighting,
a heated water fountain for year-round operation, underground
air distribution for a building within a building, and plasma
screen advertising signage. |
