for a 500 hectare residential community. Engineering services
include erosion and grading, sanitary, and storm management,
water and gas distribution, electrical power and telecommunications,
security, and external lighting.
The community will house 5,000 units that will include single
family houses and apartment buildings for a population of 20,000
people. The community will feature commercial, recreational,
and community facilities such as retail, restaurants, schools,
medical clinic, and playground. |
