Business Complex

Site and facilities master planning,
programming and engineering design were provided for this
new 370,000 SF replacement facility for the College of Business.
The complex contains state-of-the-art telecommunications,
including networked systems with fiber/copper cable infrastructure
for voice, data and audio/video systems. Tiered classrooms
are wired for video conferencing and distance learning.
The complex was completed in two phases
and includes six buildings:
• Executive Residence - 120 guest
rooms and suites, lobby, gift shop, lounge, ballroom/banquet
rooms, physical fitness facilities, kitchen, outdoor terrace
and utility infrastructure.
• Executive Education Building - classrooms,
public dining and study rooms.
• The College Building - offices
for teachers, graduate associates, and administrators, plus
support spaces.
• Graduate Program Building - offices for
graduate programs, career services, stock market laboratory,
communications laboratory and classrooms.
•
Undergraduate Program
Building - offices, honors lounge, seminar rooms, auditorium
and classrooms.
• Resource Building - library
with two-story reading room, conference lab and computer center.
