The 137,000 SF renovation to a building built in 1924 includes a 17,700 SF addition and upgrades to the existing athletic facilities and auditorium. The four floors has 50 classrooms that serve grades 9-12 with a student capacity of 977.

Modifications include a complete upgrade of the electrical and technology systems; a plumbing systems upgrade and a new fire suppression system throughout the entire building. The facility also includes an emergency generator. Security features include perimeter intrusion detection, card access control, video surveillance, and panic buttons.
