This Veterans Administration greenfield outpatient clinic was constructed with a fast track delivery system. The facility features a psychiatric unit, orthotics laboratory, orthopedics, pulmonary, cardiology, urology, geriatrics, vision center, dentistry, same-day surgery, dialysis program with a 13-bed dialysis unit, oncology, observation treatment area for urgent care, and a pharmacy. Some of the key features are an innovative design for a 40-foot cantilever to minimize the structure, energy efficient HVAC systems, efficient use of the domestic water and high performance interior environment.
