This new 484,000 SF 12-story high-rise patient tower will have six floors of inpatient beds. The facility has a new 2-story entry lobby, pedestrian connectors passing over the surrounding roadways, a patient room service style kitchen, a loading dock, and enclosed parking.

Sustainability features include heat recovery, ventilation control and monitoring, daylighting controls, a 20% reduction in water use – no potable water use for chiller heat rejection. The control systems set up verification of equipment performance. The project is registered for LEED Silver Certification.
