Crowne Plaza Hotel Addition and The Lofts Renovation
Columbus, Ohio

This 2-phase project located in the heart of downtown Columbus features a 90-key hotel addition and the reconfiguration and renovation of the bar, café area, hotel lobby, guestrooms, meeting rooms, and entrance approaches. The mechanical and electrical systems were designed so that the installation would not disturb ongoing hotel activities.

Phase II featured renovations to a historic 1882 building that became “The Lofts,” a unique luxury boutique hotel, that caters to elite travelers. The facility also includes meeting room space for up to 100 people and is now connected to the Crowne Plaza Hotel addition by two floors.
