Korda worked with eight international architects on this mixed use development of a 15 hectare site along the Moscow River that features a 212-key hotel, three office towers totaling nearly 100,000 sq m, 1,621 luxury residential units in 23 towers totaling approximately 280,000 sq m, approximately 55,000 sq m of retail, leisure, and entertainment space. Parking for 7,000 cars will be provided underground.
