The new stadium holds an international-regulated 400 meter track with associated field events and soccer field. It was designed for the seating of 10,000, but is expandable up to 30,000 seats. The complex consists of three levels: The field level, concourse level with concessions and restrooms, and a third level with luxury boxes.
