This athletics and event center will feature a 130,000 SF field house with a 7,000-seat performance space, an 81,000 SF outdoor stadium, and 40,000 SF outdoor tennis courts with 6 regulation-size courts and lighting for evening practice and competition. The aquatics pavilion is a 35,000 SF 8-lane Olympic size pool with classrooms for athletic and academic programs and seating for nearly 1,000 people. Amenities include a warming tub, dividable wet classroom for athletic and academic programs, a main thoroughfare between the field house and pavilion, and athletic offices and locker rooms. The basketball/volleyball center is 17,000 SF with a seating capacity for 2,500 and features uniform/indirect lighting, official scorer's table/press box, and videotaping booth at both midcourt and endcourt.
