Korda provided a 59-acre topographic, utility, and right-of-way survey for the new Springfield Regional Medical Center and Plum Street Relocation project. The survey included field and office investigation of public utilities for over 13,000 LF of streets including the major thoroughfares U.S. Route 40 (Main Street and Columbia Street) and U.S. Route 41 (Plum Street). To aid in future phases, Korda also surveyed the as-built site conditions as construction activities progressed, and developed two subdivision plats to assist the City in transferring land to the hospital.
