This project included the construction contract plans for a 3rd lane addition and full depth asphalt mainline pavement reconstruction and concrete ramp reconstruction at two interchanges, widening and deck replacement on 12 mainline bridges, deck replacements on three crossroad bridges, and removal of one abandoned railroad bridge and replacement with a precast structure. Reconstruction of a rest area ramp and lighted parking lot expansion were also included.
