Just as the engineering systems of a building must be integrated with each other and with the architecture of the building, our practice is also based on the recognition that the end product must be a unified total where each part of the system is a carefully integrated part of the whole, regardless of what separate academic discipline happens to produce it. Therefore, interdisciplinary coordination is highly emphasized as an essential activity in its own right.

In addition to technical content, building design involves a personal service, provided by a team of people, working in close cooperation with each other and dedicated to a common goal. We view all of our contracts as committing us to provide such personal service within the setting of a larger team.
