The first major league soccer specific stadium in the USA has a permanent seating capacity of 20,000. The space includes 5,000 SF designated for locker rooms, training rooms, media rooms, press boxes, and a retail store. Korda provided civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design for this fast track project which was completed by the stipulated opening day.

A recent addition (2008) of a 7,300 SF permanent covered stage provides additional amenities for concerts and other activities. The project included the addition of 3,400 SF of supplementary buildings for show power, and performer green rooms. A loading dock, parking area, and access road added at the back of stage eases concert set up. The electrical design encompassed site lighting, stadium lighting and security systems for the stadium area. The stadium's four 169' light poles each have 54 2000-watt metal halide lamps and provide a lighting level of 150 foot-candles on the playing surface.
