This new facility combines a 80,000 SF recreation center with a 75,000 SF natatorium. The aquatic center includes a 50-meter competition pool, a 10-meter platform and diving pool, a recreation/leisure pool with current channel, and an 800-seat spectator gallery.

The recreation amenities include a four-court, multi-purpose sports area, climbing wall, exercise/performance rooms, weight training/fitness room, racquetball courts, suspended jogging track, reception lobby and control point, staff offices, conference room, lounge and various supplementary spaces.
